I cannot change my avatar. When I try to upload the new avatar image, I get the following:

I cannot figure out how to start a new topic, but am hoping somebody will pick up on this one. I have had trouble uploading a new face file .jpg for the last two days and cannot figure out what is happening. The upload starts and just keeps on running and never stops or errors anything. What could be the problem. I have tried it from two different computers too.

I had the face problem too. Try going to the H&M site and uploading there.

I will try to find it.

Use the go shopping tab and select the H&M part.  Sign in there and you should be able to upload the picture.
